He specializes in placing C-suite executives, including Presidents and Vice Presidents, as well as leadership roles like Country Managers and General Managers, across mining organizations of all sizes. His journey spans both domestic and international landscapes, allowing him to navigate the diverse needs of the industry. With a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Behavioral Science, Kevin understands the human and business aspects of executive recruitment. He focuses on identifying the best candidates to meet each organization’s specific requirements and excels at nurturing strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Beyond his professional pursuits, his greatest source of joy is spending quality time with his wife and three children. Hobbies include fly fishing, tennis, coaching youth sports and immersing himself in the great outdoors.
